This is a 45-day program where you’ll work on real hiring processes, collaborate closely with the MEDIjobs team, and show us how you create meaningful matches between medical candidates and healthcare employers.

You’ll handle active roles, follow clear objectives, and demonstrate how you deliver results, working in a remote-first company.

This program is also a selection process. Based on performance, collaboration, and results, you can receive an offer to join MEDIjobs full-time at the end of the 45-day period.

You won’t work alone. You will work in a team of 4, coordinated by an internal MEDIjobs recruiter. You’ll collaborate closely, align on priorities and receive guidance.

What will you do as an
Independent Recruiter?

You’ll work on active roles in the healthcare sector, recruiting doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other medical professionals for clinics, hospitals, and medical institutions. You’ll manage your assigned processes end to end, from role understanding to candidate delivery.

Manage real medical recruitment processes

Source, engage, and assess candidates

You’ll actively search for relevant candidates, review profiles, conduct screenings interviews and focus on understanding candidate motivations, so that you can match them with the right medical employers.

Deliver results within clear timelines

You will be assigned three recruitment processes and clear performance objectives. Over the 45-day period, you’ll be expected to prioritize effectively, collaborate with your team lead, and deliver measurable recruitment outcomes.

What You Need to Succeed

This opportunity is ideal for people with:

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable holding professional conversations with candidates.
  • Drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn. No previous recruitment experience is required. What matters most is your go-getter attitude and motivation to grow. Full guidance will be provided.
  • Strong organization and time management skills. You’re able to manage multiple conversations and tasks, and manage your time effectively.
  • Independence and ownership. You can work autonomously, take responsibility for your work, and follow through on commitments from start to finish.
